Just picked up a good quote by Ben Franklin from the Dr. Helen comment boards:

"Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!"

Now tell me that doesn't accurately sum up the mob rule we see in this country and where we're headed.
